Billing & Turbo Credits
Q: How does pay-as-you-go billing work?
SpeechTurbo uses prepaid Turbo Credits — not a subscription. Flash Mode costs 10 credits per minute; Premium Mode costs 20 credits per minute (includes diarization and denoise). Credits are valid for 365 days from purchase.
Q: What is the refund policy?
You may request a full refund within 7 days only if no credits from that purchase have been used. Once any transcription consumes credits, the entire order is non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
Transcription & Accuracy
Q: How accurate is the transcription?
SpeechTurbo uses advanced Whisper AI models, achieving up to 99.8% accuracy. Accuracy depends on audio quality, background noise, and accents.
Q: How long does transcription take?
Most files transcribe in under 2 minutes. Generally, a 1-hour file takes around 1-3 minutes on our GPU cluster.
Privacy & Security
Q: Are my files secure?
Yes, files are encrypted in transit. Raw audio and video are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours. Transcripts remain until you delete them.
Q: Do you train models on my data?
No. Your transcripts and audio files are private. We never train AI models on your files.
Formats & Upload Limits
Q: What file formats are supported?
We support audio formats (MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG, FLAC, AAC) and video formats (MP4, MOV).
Q: What is the maximum file size?
Tiered limits: anonymous users 1 GB; free registered users 2 GB; Pro (VIP) users 4 GB per file. Large uploads go directly from your browser to Cloudflare R2.
