  • Billing & Refunds: Your Paddle transaction ID, purchase date, and registered account email.
  • Transcription Issues: File name, approximate upload time (UTC), and a brief description of the error.
  • Account Access: Username or registered email (never send your password).

5. Support Scope

We handle prepaid Turbo Credits purchases, quota questions, transcription failures, data deletion requests, and privacy inquiries. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record.
