For refund or billing inquiries, include your Paddle transaction ID or order reference. Unused credits are eligible for a refund within 7 days. Once any credits are consumed for transcription, the order is strictly non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.

2. What to Include
- Billing & Refunds: Paddle transaction ID, purchase date, and registered account email.
- Transcription Issues: File name, approximate upload time (UTC), and error description.
- Account Access: Username or registered email (never send your password).
